Description
The Consortium of National Law Universities has added a new reservation category for NLUs. National Law University, Tripura, has been put in the domicile reservation category, according to the official announcement. The official notice states, "For the UG and PG programmes, a ‘Domicile Reservation’ category has been added. Candidates domiciled in the state of Tripura are eligible for consideration in this reservation category. Eligible candidates may update their details on the CLAT Portal."
Candidates should be aware that the consortium has also issued guidelines for updating the reserve category for those who have chosen NLU Tripura. Candidates should also visit the NLUT, Agartala's official website to view the most recent information brochure.

Steps To Update Reservation Category In CLAT Application Form 2024
The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is set to take place on December 3, 2023. Candidates must submit their CLAT 2024 application form by November 3, 2023, using the official website. They can proceed to amend the reservation category by following the steps outlined below:
First go to the official website.
Now login to the CLAT candidate account.
Click on the edit application button.
Go to the reservation tab under NLUT, Agartala.
Under, National Law University Tripura (NLUT), Agartala, for the question, Are you a domicile of Tripura?, answer Yes and select the Reservation Category you want to claim from the given drop-down menu.

Click the submit button to save your change.
