Description
The link for students to add a new second paper option for their GATE 2024 exams will be closed by the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. The GATE exams are set to take place in February 2024. Candidates who have yet to add the second paper can do so till November 17 by visiting the official website and making the necessary changes.
Candidates should be aware that the GATE 2024 application correction window will open on November 18, 2023. Candidates have until November 24, 2023 to make changes to their completed applications.

Steps To Second Test Paper Option
First visit the GATE 2024 official website.
Now login using the email ID and password.
Click on the application link and make the changes in the subject combination section.
Save the changes and click on the final submission link.
Instructions For Subject Combination Change
Candidates who choose to appear for two test papers must have a main option for one of them, according to the announcement. The second exam paper must be picked from the available options.
Candidates should be aware that combinations other than those stated are not permitted during the normal and extended periods; however, an extra two paper combinations may be offered at a later date and will be notified.
Due to infrastructure and scheduling issues, the testing center for the second test paper may differ from that of the first.
A few combinations may be deleted at a later date owing to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, the fees paid for the second paper will be refunded.
