The Supreme Court has ordered a delay hearing for March 15, 2024. Previously, the Supreme Court said that it would not rule on exam delay and urged the Centre to intervene. However, the NEET MDS 2024 exam date has stayed same. As a result, hopefuls again knocked on the Supreme Court's doors, urging officials to act.
NEET MDS 2024 Postponement Decision Pending On March 15
The Supreme Court will now hear the case and rule on the postponing of the NEET MDS 2024 examination. It should be reminded that there are only a few days till the exam (March 18). Also, the NEET MDS 2024 admit cards are set to be announced on March 15, 2024.
Some candidates also argued that the SC hearing should have been postponed because the exam is approaching. NEET candidates are running social media campaigns and requesting higher authorities to move the NEET MDS 2024 exam date to July. Otherwise, many of them will be unable to present for the exam.
NEET MDS 2024: NBE Extended Internship Cutoff Completion Date
Previously, NBE extended the deadline for completing the internship to June 30, 2024. Requests from students whose internship dates had been extended beyond the previous deadline of March 31 influenced this decision. As a result, for applicants who complete their internships between April 1 and June 30, the NEET MDS registration window will reopen.
