The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced the revised examination dates for the RRB JE Exam 2026. Along with the updated schedule, the exam city intimation slip for the Computer-Based Test (CBT) has also been made available. Candidates appearing for the examination can check the new dates and download their city slip from the official websites of their respective regional RRBs.

As per the revised schedule, the RRB JE CBT will be conducted on February 19, 20, and 25, 2026.

Steps To Download RRB JE Exam City Intimation Slip 2026

Candidates can follow these steps to access their exam city details:

• First visit the official website of the concerned regional RRB.

• Now click on the link on the homepage.

• Enter the required login credentials on the new page.

• Submit the details to view the city intimation slip.

• Download and verify the information provided.

• Take a printout for future reference.

Candidates will undergo Aadhaar-linked biometric authentication at the examination centre before being allowed to enter the exam hall. It is mandatory to carry the original Aadhaar card or a printed copy of the e-verified Aadhaar. Those who have not yet completed Aadhaar verification are advised to log in to rrbapply.gov.in and complete the authentication process in advance to ensure hassle-free entry on the exam day.

This recruitment campaign aims to fill 2,585 Junior Engineer vacancies, an increase from the previously announced 2,569 posts. The number of vacancies has been raised for the Chennai and Jammu-Srinagar regions. Out of the total posts, 169 vacancies are allocated to RRB Chennai, while 95 positions are reserved for RRB Jammu-Srinagar.
