The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, has extended the registration deadline for MHT CET 2026. Candidates planning to appear for the MAH–MHT CET (PCM/PCB) 2026 can apply through the official website at cetcell.mahacet.org. According to the official announcement, the last date to submit the application form is February 20, 2026.

The examination will be conducted in two phases. The first phase is scheduled from April 11 to April 26, 2026, while the second phase will take place from May 10 to May 17, 2026. Each day, the exam will be held in two sessions: the morning shift from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and the afternoon shift from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

MHT CET 2026 will be conducted in online (Computer-Based Test) mode at various examination centres across Maharashtra. The PCM and PCB groups will be conducted separately.

Steps to Apply for MHT CET 2026

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can follow these steps to complete their application:

• First visit the official website.

• Now click on the link on the homepage.

• Register by entering the required details on the new page.

• Submit the information and log in using the generated credentials.

• Complete the application form and pay the required fee.

• Submit the form and download the confirmation page.

• Print and keep a copy for future reference.

Applicants who have not yet created their APAAR ID must generate it through DigiLocker before completing the process. Candidates are advised to check the official website regularly for the latest updates, detailed schedules, and important instructions related to the examination.
