The CUET 2023 date was announced by NTA. As per the Latest Update, CUET Exam will be conducted on 21th to 31th May 2023.
NTA will conduct the Common Universities Entrance Test (CUET) instead of BHU UET for admissions to undergraduate courses at BHU. Note -
1. Physical Fitness Test (modified AAHPER fitness test) of 300 marks will be conducted by External Examiners appointed by Controller of Examinations, at Department of Physical Education, BHU at Varanasi only in the supervision of the C. E. or his representative(s) for shortlisted candidates.
2. Appearance in both Theory and Physical Fitness Test is mandatory in order to be eligible for consideration for
admission.
3. The practical examinations for shortlisted candidates will be held at BHU Campus, Varanasi only.
4. The conversion formula for Physical Fitness Test will be available at the time of Test.
5. Minimum 45% marks are mandatory in Physical Fitness Test for admission. The final merit for admission will be declared only after compilation of marks obtained in theory and practical components of the Entrance Test and bonus marks (if any).
6. Admission of Physically Challenged candidates of any category is not permissible as candidates of this course are required to perform sports activities.
7. Medical Examination: Qualified candidates will have to undergo medical examination in the Students Health Care Complex. Those candidates who are declared medically fit by the Medical Board will be given admission.

BHU UET MODE OF EXAMINATION
The BHU UET Examination shall be held as Computer-based test as well as a paper-based test (Wherever Applicable). The Examination shall consist of Objective Type, Theory Type and/or Practials depending upon the specific course.
BHU UET MEDIUM OF EXAMINATION
The Questions in the BHU Undergraduate Entrance Examination shall be available in English and Hindi.
BHU UET MARKING SCHEME
1. Three marks shall be awarded for each correct answer.
2. One mark shall be deducted for each incorrect answer.
3. Unattempted question will be awarded zero mark.
Minimum Qualifying marks
Candidate shall be admitted in a course according to merit drawn on the basis of aggregate marks secured in the Entrance Test provided he/she fulfils the minimum eligibility criteria and minimum qualifying marks in the Entrance Test. Minimum qualifying marks in an Entrance Test shall be determined as follows:
1. For Candidates belonging to General/ OBC categories: Not less than 35% of the marks obtained by the topper of the concerned categories in the concerned Entrance Test.
2. For Candidates belonging to SC/ ST categories: Not less than 25% of the marks obtained by the topper of the concerned categories in the concerned Entrance Test However, for MPA and MFA, minimum qualifying marks for theory paper will be 35% and in the practical minimum qualifying marks will be 45%. The Merit shall be based on the sum of two components viz., marks obtained in Theory and practical tests.
3. For BPA and BFA : Minimum qualifying marks for theory paper will be 35% and in the practical minimum qualifying marks will be 45%. The Merit shall be based on the sum of two components viz., marks obtained in Theory and practical tests. For B.P.Ed. minimum qualifying marks in Theory Paper shall be 35% while in Physical Fitness Test it will be 45%. The merit for B.P.Ed. will be the sum of three components viz. Marks in Theory Paper, marks in Physical Fitness Test and Bonus marks for sports achievement (if any). The University reserves the right to modify the above minimum qualifying marks.

BHU UET Exam Application Process
The application process is online. Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria can only fill out the application form. The application process involves several steps, such as registering, completing the application form, uploading the required documents, paying the fee, and final submission. Candidates only need to fill out the BHU UET application form with correct details, otherwise, you are responsible for rejection.
BHU UET Exam Application Form Documents Required
Candidates must keep the following details/ documents ready while filling Application Form:
1. Qualification Details (such as Class 10th Roll Number/ Intermediate or Class 12th Details - Stream, Course, etc)
2. Scanned Copy of Passport Size Photograph
3. Scanned Copy of Signature
4. A valid e-mail Id
5. A valid mobile number
6. Any Suitable payment mod
Steps To Fill BHU UET Exam Application Form
Below are the steps that the students need to follow when completing the application form for BHU UET:
1. Registration: Open the BHU Online Entrance Test Portal by clicking on “www.bhuonline.in” for the online application process. Click on the “Apply for Admission” button. Students will be redirected to a new page having Applicant Login Box. Click on the “Register Yourself” link.
2. Filling up the BHU UET application form: Candidates need to fill their personal, academic, and contact details in the BHU application form and note down system-generated application numbers. They also have to create a password that will be used for future logins. Below are the details that the candidates should fill in the application form.
Course Selection: Students must select the course of their choice and check their eligibility and entrance test dates etc and click on the Add course button.
Apply for Selected course: After adding the particular course, the status of the submitted application form will appear on the screen. Here candidates need to enter details of their college, percentage of marks, grade (if any). They are also required to enter their work experience. Candidates are also required to enter the languages they can read, write and speak.
3. Upload of Prescribed Documents & Images (Photographs and Scanned Signatures): upload photographs, signatures, and thumb impressions as per specification. Images that are not as per prescribed specification shall not be considered and may lead to rejection of the application.

4. Choose your Test City Pay the Examination Fee: While applying, candidates have to select any four cities of their choice. The efforts will be made to allow the city of examination to the candidates in order of choice opted by them in their online Application Form. However, due to administrative/logistic reasons, a different city can be allotted. The candidates can pay the application fees in online mode only. For online payment, candidates can pay through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking/Paytm/UPI.

5. Print the Confirmation page: The last step is to take printouts of the confirmation page, after successful payment of application fees.
BHU UET Exam Form Correction
NTA will open BHU UET application form correction window. The candidates will be allowed to correct / edit details in the form during this period. The correction has to be done online only after logging into respective accounts. There will be no requests accepted for correction via post/fax/emails.
Most of the fields in the online application form will be available for editing. This will be a one-time opportunity, further chances to correct any details will not be provided. You can follow the given steps to access the BHU Application Form Correction feature:
STEP 1- Go to BHU Official Website
STEP 2- Click on Correction for BHU (UET) tab.'
STEP 3- Go to candidate login, enter application number, password, and captcha code
STEP 4- Now make the changes wherever necessary and submit the changes
STEP 5- The acknowledgment page must be downloaded and printed out by candidates.
BHU UET Exam Admit Card
Eligible candidates can download the admit card with their credentials such as application number and date of birth. No candidate will receive a BHU Admit card by email, fax, etc. It includes details such as the candidate's name, test date, test time, and test center. National Testing Agency (NTA) will released the BHU UET admit card. Candidates can follow the below-mentioned steps to download admit card for the BHU exam:
STEP 1- Visit the official website.
STEP 2- Click on the ‘Admit Card BHU (UET)’ option.
STEP 3- Fill in the application number and Date of Birth. Click on Submit button

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will declare the BHU result at “www.bhuonline.in Candidates will be able to download the result of BHU UET using their registration number. The candidates can get to know their subject-wise marks, total marks, state-wise ranks after checking the result. The candidates collaborating in writing BHU UET can check their results by following the steps listed below:

BHU UET Counseling Process
Banaras Hindu University conducts counselling of BHU Undergraduate Entrance Test (UET) online. The counseling portal opens at bhuonline.in. The BHU UET counseling process includes downloading call letters, uploading scanned documents, entering preferences, checking allotment and paying the applicable seat confirmation fee. Candidates are called rank-wise in counseling. Candidates who will qualify for BHU UET as per the result will receive an issued call letter to attend BHU UET Counselling. Candidates are required to log in to the official website and download a Counselling letter. Counseling letters will be issued online only. BHU UET Counselling will be conducted in three steps.

BHU UET Examination Latest Update 2023
The CUET 2023 date was announced by NTA. As per the Latest Update, the CUET Exam will be conducted on 21th to 31th May 2023.
NTA will conduct the Common Universities Entrance Test (CUET) instead of BHU UET for admissions to undergraduate courses at BHU. Candidates can apply for CUET for BHU admissions at cuet.samarth.ac.in. This year, BHU will be accepting Common Universities Entrance Test (CUET) scores for offering admissions to its UG courses.

BHU UET 2023: Admission to the Examination Centres
Candidates must bring the following documents to the Test Centre.
1. A printed copy of Admit Card downloaded from the NTA website.
2. One passport-size photograph (same as uploaded on the Online Application Form) for pasting on the specific space in the Attendance Sheet at the Centre during the Examination.
3. The candidates shall report at the Examination Centre two hours before the commencement of the examination so as to complete the frisking and registration formalities well before time. The registration desk will be closed 30 minutes prior to the examination.
4. The candidates are advised to read the instructions on the Admit Card carefully and follow them during the conduct of the examination.
5. Candidates should take their seats immediately after the opening of the Examination Hall. If the candidates do not report in time due to any reason i.e. traffic jam, train/bus delay etc, they are likely to miss some of the general instructions to be announced in the Examination Rooms/Halls. The NTA shall not be responsible for any delay.
6. A seat indicating Roll Number will be allotted to each candidate. Candidates should find and sit on their allocated seats only. In case of a candidate changes room/hall or the seat on his/her own other than the one allotted, the candidature shall be canceled and no plea would be accepted for it.
7. For those who are unable to appear on the scheduled date of the test for any reason, a re-test shall not be held by the NTA under any circumstances.
