3. Navigate to 'What's New' section and look for 'Engagement of Apprentices under Guwahati Refinery Unit'.
4. For Post Code 101 & 103 (Trade Apprentice): Register on NAPS portal at https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in/ using Establishment ID E08191800001, For Post Code 104 & 107 (Technician Apprentice): Register on NATS portal at https://nats.education.gov.in/ using Establishment ID EASKMC000002.
5. Complete your NAPS/NATS registration with all required personal and educational information.
6. After successful registration on NAPS/NATS, submit your details in the Microsoft Form available on www.iocl.com.
7. Ensure your profile is 100% correctly updated with all educational details, marks, and aggregate percentage.
8. Use the same email ID and mobile number in both NAPS/NATS portal and Microsoft Form.
9. Submit the following documents during Document Verification: 10th Pass Certificate, mark sheets of all qualifications, qualification certificate, conversion certificate (if CGPA to percentage conversion), date of publication certificate, category certificate (if applicable), NATS/NAPS print, and affidavit
10. The last date to submit applications is 24-02-2026
