The Computer Based Examination will be conducted in two tiers as indicated below:

Part A - Skill Test for the post of DEO/ DEO Grade 'A’:

Data Entry Speed of 8,000 (Eight Thousand) Key Depressions per hour on the Computer’ will be adjudged on the basis of the correct entry of words / key depressions as per the given passage. 

Part B - Typing Test for other posts i.e. LDC/ JSA:

Candidates opting for English medium should have a typing speed of 35 words per minute (w.p.m.) and those opting for Hindi medium should have typing speed of 30 words per minute (w.p.m.). 35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to about 10500 key depressions per hour and about 9000 key depressions per hour respectively.

Scheme Of Examination:

1. Tier- II Examination will be held as a Objective-type computer-based Examination.

2. The Tier- II will be held in two sessions - Session- I & Session- II, on the same day. Session- I will include conducting Section- I, Section- II and Module- I of Section- III. Session- II will include conducting Module- II of Section- III.

3. It will be mandatory for the candidates to qualify for all Tier- II sections.

4. Tier- II will consist of Objective Type Questions, except for Module- II of Section- III. The questions will be set in English and Hindi except for Module- II (i.e. English Language and Comprehension module) in Section- II.

5. There will be a negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong answer in Section- I, Section- II and Module- I of Section- III. Candidates are, therefore, advised to keep this in mind while answering the questions.

6. Module- I of Section- III i.e. Computer Knowledge Test is mandatory but qualifying in nature.

7. Skill Test / Typing Test will be of qualifying nature.

8. Tier- II Examination will be held as a Objective-type computer-based examination.

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Released SSC CHSL Notification 2024 on 08 April 2024, with the Aim of filling 3,712 vacancies. Applications started on 08 April 2024 and the last date for Online Application was 07 May 2024. 1. Registration:

While Registering for SSC CHSL, Candidate needs to follow below given steps:

a. Visit the official website of SSC  and click on the "New User Register Now" option in the login window.

b. In the new window upload the following details: Aadhaar details, Candidate's Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name, Date of Birth, Matriculation (10th Class) Examination details etc.

c. After filling these details, a registration ID and password will be generated for candidate's to use in future for login purposes. This will be the permanent registration ID & password which can be used by candidate's for SSC CHSL and also for any other recruitment exam of Staff Selection Commission.

2. Upload of Prescribed Documents & Images (Photographs and Scanned Signatures): 

In the next step, candidates were required to upload their latest colour photograph and signature as per the below-mentioned specifications:

3. Filling up the SSC CHSL application form:

In the next step, fill important details like Academic details, Address & choose SSC CHSL Exam centres preferences in SSC CHSL application form. 

4. Pay the Examination Fee: 

In the next step pay the examination fee through below payment methods:

1- Candidates can pay the fee in online mode through Visa / Mastercard / Maestro Debit / Credit Cards / Net Banking etc or through an E-challan.

2- E-challan has to be downloaded and the payment has to be made in cash at the nearest State Bank of India branch.

5. Download the SSC CHSL admit card.

6. Print the downloaded SSC CHSL admit card. 

RESULT:

Candidates can follow the below-mentioned step-by-step procedure.

2. Click on the 'Result' tab on the top-right corner.

3. Click on the result link against the SSC CHSL result List 1/ 2/ 3.

4. You will be directed to a PDF.

5. Check your name and roll number in that PDF.

6. Click on submit.

7. Enter your roll number and password.

8. Click on Login.

9. Download and save it for future reference.
